FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DigitalCuts.com Establishes Internet Presence

January 3, 2000 -- DigitalCuts.com is proud to announce the completion of incorporation and the approval of our Domain Registration.  DigitalCuts.com will adopt the domain name as the official corporate name.  Based in Atlanta Georgia, DigitalCuts.com will provide independent musical artists with internet-based assistance, resources, and information to enable artists to better promote themselves and address the non-creative aspects of their business such as protection, promotion, and copywriting.  In addition, the company will offer the artist's compact disks and cassettes for sale to the general internet-based consumer.  DigitalCuts.com will also offer advertising opportunities to musician-focused businesses such as studios, music retail outlets, and venues.

DigitalCuts.com was founded by three long-time Atlanta residents.  The founding partners include Bob Evola, President; Jack Mirabile, Vice-President; and Jim Worthington, Vice-President.

Bob Evola has a long association with the music business having been a composer and musician for many years.  Bob started his musical career in the late 1960s by playing in New York City bars and clubs as keyboardist for a number of local bands.  After moving from New York to Atlanta, Bob became involved in Choral writing and directing.  He has written over 300 songs  and holds a position as Choral Director at his church.

"Dr. Jack" Mirabile, and sometimes "Sir Jack" as he is called, is a successful businessman, founder and Executive Director of an International Charitable Relief Organization. Together with his wife Donna, they have distributed more than $81 million worth of medicine, dental, and surgical supplies, and assisted in the building of hospitals and clinics in troubled areas such as Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kenya, Rawanda, Colombia and Nicaragua. Jack's business experience is varied and he is or has been a partner in restaurants, sporting goods, professional psychological services and real estate.

Jim Worthington is a long time musician with over 25 years of experience writing and producing music.  Jim has played in many of the clubs and venues in the southeast US, and has worked with such artists as Reba McEntire, U2, Billy Joel, and Sting.  He has also owned and operated Champagne Artists, an Atlanta-based booking agency.

"We are excited about the opportunity to provide alternatives for independent artists to the traditional record company route", commented Bob Evola.  "As musicians, we experienced the never-ending writing, recording, mailing, and knocking on doors of executives that often lead to unreturned tapes and letters that never came.  DigitalCuts.com will be committed to supporting each artist member so that more time can be spent on the creative aspect of their business."

DigitalCuts.com will be hosted by ComCity, a California-based hosting company, and is expected to begin on-line sales during the late February timeframe.
