Jim Pietkivitch – New Age/Electronic
Jim has been involved in music his whole life as a
serious listener, performer and composer. His music instructions began at
age eleven and his main instruments are keyboards and drums. Jim has been
playing synthesizer keyboards for about 11 years and the drums for 20
years. He began recording his first album in 1992, experimenting with
sound design for two years before releasing "Twilight Dreams" in
1995 with Ivory Moon Recordings. In the spring of 1998, Jim released
Spiral Journey on his own label, Electrofine Music, which was created to
support electronic/new age and progressive styles of music. Jim’s music
influences include Genesis, Steve Hackett, King Crimson, Tangerine Dream,
Larry Fast (Synergy), Brian Eno and Steve Roach. Jim devotes his time and
artistic talent to exploring new sounds to inspire imaginative
compositions. He is gaining worldwide attention with his two releases and
is helping advance electronic music to new progressive levels. His music
has been played on 200+ radio stations and has appeared on the
"Hearts of Space" syndicated radio program. Electrofine Music
promises to provide the highest audio fidelity on their recordings for an
unmatched experience. Visit the Electrofine Music web page for more
